About The Position
The CEO buys clubs. You turn them into one company. Backline Alliance buys regional youth soccer clubs, keeps their name and identity, and runs the business behind them. Execution risk is the biggest risk in a buy-and-build, and there is no operating engine here yet. No playbook, no team, no infrastructure. That is the job, not a warning about it.
Requirements
- Experience standing up operations or shared services in a multi-entity, acquisitive business.
- Ability to find work and ship it.
- Proactive approach, pushing for completion rather than revisiting.
- Skill in building structure to prevent recurring issues.
- Ability to push back on the CEO when necessary.

Responsibilities
- Own the technology infrastructure that connects acquired clubs into one platform.
- Develop the integration playbook.
- Manage people and process across every acquisition.
- Oversee developers and administrative staff on a day-to-day basis.
- Build trust with club owners before and after close.
