About The Position

The Partner Channel Manager (PCM) drives the development, management, and expansion of relationships with key channel partners to foster revenue growth and shared business success. As the primary liaison between the company and its partner ecosystem, the PCM ensures alignment with strategic goals, maximizes partner performance, and identifies new avenues for collaboration and revenue growth. Leveraging a deep understanding of our products and solutions, the PCM is able to work with partners in identifying innovative opportunities, driving growth, and contributing to the strategic direction of both organizations. The PCM also acts as an internal intelligence hub—serving as the bridge between external partner insights and internal execution. By translating partner feedback into product improvements, validating messaging with external perspectives, and optimizing internal efforts, the PCM ensures that internal teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, and Management) remain closely aligned with real market demands. Drawing on a comprehensive knowledge of our solutions and roadmap strategies, the PCM helps inform innovation, supports operational excellence, and shapes go-to-market (GTM) strategy, ensuring the company not only leverages partnerships for sales but also becomes truly market-led in its thinking and operations.
