The Channel GTM Lead will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies to enhance our partners' capabilities and drive market momentum for our AI solutions. This role requires an experienced leader with a deep understanding of the AI landscape, strong strategic vision, and exceptional relationship-building skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support our partners and customers at every stage of their AI journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in related field
  • Proven experience in channel development, partner management, or a similar role within the technology industry.
  • Extensive experience in a senior role with a track record of driving successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Deep understanding of the AI landscape, including key technologies, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive partner enablement programs to ensure partners are equipped to sell, deploy, and support AI solutions.
  • Drive the growth and success of our AI practice by identifying new opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, and executing on key initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success, to drive partner success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure our AI practice remains at the cutting edge.
