About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Partner or Counsel-level attorney with an established portable practice. The role is designed for entrepreneurial attorneys with at least $400,000 in annual portable billings who seek stronger economics, greater flexibility, and a supportive platform for long-term growth. The attorney will manage and develop their existing client base, leveraging the firm's platform to expand their practice, increase profitability, and collaborate across different practice areas and jurisdictions. This is a remote-first opportunity offering significant autonomy, flexible scheduling, and optional office spaces in certain markets.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of legal experience.
• Portable annual billings of at least $400,000.
• Strong client-management and business-development skills.
• Ability to manage matters and client relationships independently.
• Entrepreneurial and collaborative approach.
• Admission and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
