About The Position

Veem is seeking a highly strategic and relationship-driven Partner Account Manager (PAM) to own and grow relationships with our most valuable partners. This role is central to driving long-term partner success, increasing payment volume, and unlocking new revenue opportunities through consultative engagement. As a PAM, you will act as a trusted advisor to key partners—guiding them on how to maximize value from Veem’s global payments platform while identifying opportunities to expand adoption across payments, FX, and card solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Client Engagement
  • Background in fintech, payments, or financial services strongly preferred
  • Proven success in growing accounts through upsell and cross-sell strategies
  • Experience managing large, complex accounts with ownership of revenue or quota targets
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and engage C-level stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of B2B payments, Foreign exchange (FX), and Financial operations
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong ownership mentality
  • Collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with card acceptance or payout solutions is a plus
  • Experience working in high-growth companies (200–500 employees)
  • Background in fintech or tech companies (non-bank environments preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of strategic partner accounts as the primary point of contact
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels, including executives
  • Serve as a consultative advisor, aligning Veem solutions to partner business goals
  • Lead partner onboarding and ensure successful implementation of Veem solutions
  • Drive adoption across partner ecosystems and their end customers
  • Deliver a seamless, high-quality onboarding experience
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Provide data-driven insights on international payments, FX trends, and optimization strategies
  • Identify opportunities to increase payment volume, FX transactions, card adoption, and overall partner engagement
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners
  • Support co-selling initiatives and embedded payment strategies
  • Deliver impactful presentations to C-level executives, demonstrating Veem’s strategic value
  • Partner with Product, Compliance, and Operations to resolve issues and improve partner experience
  • Advocate for partner needs by providing structured feedback to influence product development
  • Monitor account performance against growth and retention targets
  • Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting across your portfolio
