The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong, professional relationships that foster trust and long-term loyalty. This role requires representing the company with professionalism, ensuring every customer interaction reflects a commitment to respect, courtesy, and exceptional service. The Account Manager will ensure customers receive requested products and services promptly and accurately, conduct regular follow-ups to confirm satisfaction and identify additional needs or opportunities, and address customer concerns by investigating issues, interpreting policy, and taking appropriate action to resolve problems. Complex situations will be escalated to the Business Development Manager when necessary. Additional duties may be required.
