About The Position

thinkbridge is seeking a Partner Account Executive to act as the connective tissue between thinkbridge, its partners, and their MSP partners. This role is crucial for driving revenue and enabling MSPs to sell effectively. The Partner Account Executive will own deals from discovery to close, working onsite at the partner's office in Pinellas Park, Florida, with a hybrid mode. The position is central to a strategic growth initiative for thinkbridge, aiming to help MSPs unlock new revenue streams and build a scalable partner motion.

Requirements

  • Proven Account Executive or Partner Sales professional (ideally in MSP, SaaS, or services)
  • Comfortable operating in a co-sell / channel environment.
  • Strong at discovery, deal strategy, and closing complex opportunities.
  • Able to teach, influence, and guide external sales teams without authority.
  • Entrepreneurial and thrive in high-ambiguity, build-to-mode environments.
  • Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts into business value.
  • 5+ Years of experience in Partner Account Executive in (MSP, SaaS, or services)
  • Experienced in partner and channel sales, with strong skills in handling deals from start to closure.

  • Experience working with MSPs or channel partners.
  • Background in AI, digital transformation, ERP, or systems integration.
  • Ability to quickly understand customer operations and identify high-value opportunities.
  • Experience working alongside marketing-driven sales organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Account Executive for opportunities sourced through partner MSPs.
  • Lead deals from discovery to close.
  • Partner with MSP sales teams to position thinkbridge effectively in front of their clients.
  • Co-sell with MSPs and help them win deals.
  • Train MSP sales teams on thinkbridge’s value proposition and offerings.
  • Help MSPs identify when to introduce thinkbridge into their sales cycles.
  • Provide just-in-time coaching on active opportunities.
  • Build confidence so MSPs can position thinkbridge independently over time.
  • Gather and clearly articulate customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal thinkbridge teams on scoping, pricing, and solution design.
  • Co-create final proposals with MSP partners.
  • Ensure proposals align with both customer needs and partner expectations.
  • Share relevant case studies, success stories, and co-branded materials.
  • Support MSP marketing activities with targeted assets and messaging.
  • Tailor materials to specific industries, use cases, and deal stages.
  • Work onsite at partner’s Pinellas Park office and its hybrid mode.
  • Build strong relationships with partner leadership and sales teams.
  • Help enable partners to recruit and onboard new MSP partners into the program.
  • Act as the face of thinkbridge within the partner ecosystem.
