We are looking for an Employee Experience Partner who will act as a trusted on-site HR resource for our Montreal offices. You will be responsible for making a concrete HR impact and supporting key moments in the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with managers and employees to support them in all HR processes, problem-solving, and the application of programs and policies aligned with our business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in employee relations and manager support.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix and international organization.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada (no sponsorship will be offered).
  • Excellent command of French for internal communications.
  • English is also required for interacting with international teams and partners.

  • Experience in managing immigration processes (work permits, visas).
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively influence and support managers.
  • CRHA professional designation (Certified Human Resources Advisor).

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee and manager relations issues.
  • Manage and resolve complex workplace situations, in collaboration with the legal team when required.
  • Develop strong and influential relationships with local leaders and managers.
  • Lead and participate in communication initiatives.
  • Contribute to team success through the implementation of key HR programs and initiatives.
  • Take charge of key moments in the employee journey to strengthen engagement.
  • Analyze employee feedback to identify and address organizational trends.
  • Promote a strong local culture by planning and executing events and initiatives.
  • Support employee immigration processes and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
  • Support teams in the performance management process.
  • Advise managers on performance and development issues.
  • Promote manager effectiveness and team performance using appropriate tools and advice.
  • Conduct investigations related to ethical complaints with rigor and confidentiality.
  • Provide clear and timely advice on ethical issues and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Lead and support local health and safety initiatives in partnership with site managers.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and provide training and communication on HR policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with various HR teams to maximize organizational impact.
  • Act as the local HR contact point and ensure the implementation of global programs.
  • Identify and implement improvements to local HR processes.
  • Participate in global HR projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Quebec labor laws and regulations, including CNESST requirements, labor standards, and employee rights.
  • Provide specialized advice on Quebec legislation (hiring, termination, leave, discipline, work practices).
  • Supervise and manage "francisation" requirements in accordance with the Charter of the French Language (Law 96), particularly concerning internal documentation and communications.
  • Implement, support, and participate in health and safety committees in accordance with the LSST.
