Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent
Strong customer service skills
Strong basic math skills
Effective selling skills
Familiarity with technology, such as point-of-sale, patient record systems, or other software applications
Embraces new technology and change
Strong communicator and listener

Responsibilities

Greets all patients with a warm welcome and shows urgency in providing service and satisfying their needs.
Explores patient needs and priorities, linking them to practice offerings, including eye exams.
Demonstrates superior product knowledge, accurately describing features and benefits using appropriate tools.
Anticipates problems, explores underlying reasons, and strives for long-term solutions.
Custom fits glasses and precisely places prescriptions in lenses.
Commits to delivery dates and times, sets expectations for pick-up, seeks feedback, and asks for referrals.
Operates the point-of-sale system, inputting patient information accurately.
Creates and tenders sales transactions following operational processes and standards when required.
Presents, celebrates, and educates at product pick-up.
Maintains the appearance of the practice, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
Secures all company assets under one's control.
Informs management of potential safety opportunities.
Adheres to attendance and daily timekeeping requirements.
Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
Sells on your feet 80%-100% of the time.
Consistently maintains proper dress code.
Performs other duties as assigned by Practice Manager or as business needs.
