About The Position

Martin Marietta is currently looking for their next rock star to work in an excellent team environment based out of our North Bethany Quarry located in Bethany, MO. Our Central Part time Dispatch scale clerks are responsible for all aspects of customer order fulfillment, including efficient and effective interactions with customers, trucking vendors, and remotely weighing and ticketing customer trucks while working in a cohesive team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• Must have a valid US Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, Sales Force and JD Edwards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue weight and product tickets at the scale house
• Filling in at our other site's when needed.
• Work with trucking vendors to schedule and direct trucks
• Communicate with truck drivers to determine destination and material transported.
• Work closely with others in the department to ensure accuracy of tickets and delivery orders
• Professionally accept incoming orders by telephone, email, and any other means and utilize internal systems to accurately process these orders.
• Research problem tickets and properly document findings
• Provide a high level of customer service that reflects on company values.
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required.
