About The Position

Seaside Vacation Homes is seeking a dependable Part-Time Vacation Rental Housekeeper to join their property management and housekeeping team in Seaside, Oregon. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness for over 60 vacation homes and condos, plus 24 Tiny Homes. The core schedule is Sunday and Monday, with opportunities for additional hours. The company values employees who take pride in their work and enjoy working independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

Must have a reliable car or truck available to get to work that is not shared with another person.
A valid driver's license is required.
Must have an established residence on the North Coast or a definite transition plan.
A clean driving record is required if opportunities to become involved with Operations and Guest Services are desired.

Nice To Haves

Previous professional cleaning experience is welcomed.
Relevant experience may include: Housekeeping or residential cleaning, Professional cleaner or maid service, Hotel room attendant or housekeeping attendant, Housekeeper or house person, Vacation rental cleaning, Laundry, Custodial work or custodian experience, Property management or property manager experience.
Experience caring for homes, rentals, hotel rooms, condos, or similar properties.
Care about the quality of your work.

Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of cleanliness in vacation rental homes and condos.
Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Ensure properties are well-maintained for guests.
