About The Position

Seaside Vacation Homes is seeking a dependable Part-Time Vacation Rental Housekeeper to join their property management and housekeeping team in Seaside, OR. This role focuses on maintaining a high standard of cleanliness for over 60 vacation homes and condos, plus 24 Tiny Homes. The position offers flexible hours, with Sundays and Mondays as core workdays and opportunities for additional hours. Requirements

Reliable car or truck available for work, not shared with another person.
Valid driver's license.
Established residence on the North Coast or a definite transition plan (e.g., established lease).
Must pass a drug test as part of being a Drug-Free Workplace.

Nice To Haves

Previous professional cleaning experience.
Experience in housekeeping or residential cleaning.
Experience as a professional cleaner or maid service.
Experience as a hotel room attendant or housekeeping attendant.
Experience as a housekeeper or house person.
Experience in vacation rental cleaning.
Experience with laundry.
Experience in custodial work or as a custodian.
Experience in property management or as a property manager.
Clean driving record (for opportunities in Operations and Guest Services).

Responsibilities

Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties for vacation rental properties.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in homes, condos, and Tiny Homes.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Potentially assist with operations and guest services if possessing a clean driving record.
