As a Part Time Teller within PNC's retail branch organization, you will be based in Chicago, IL at the Beverly branch. Location address: 10701 S WESTERN AVE CHICAGO, IL 60643 PNC is an in-office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive. The Part Time Teller delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. This role processes a variety of customer interactions, educates customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions, and identifies banking opportunities during the customer interaction, making appropriate referrals to branch staff. The teller also performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs, and educates customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources. They apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer's problems, adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed in an efficient and accurate manner. PNC Employees are expected to be Customer Focused, knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations, and Managing Risk, assessing and effectively managing all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Responsibilities
