About The Position

Marsden Central L.L.C. is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor/Floater for the Iron Range area, specifically covering Hibbing, Buhl, and Virginia. This role involves filling in for other cleaners when needed, training new cleaners, conducting building inspections, and discussing inspection results with the cleaning staff. The Supervisor/Floater will collaborate with Operations Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high standards of work from the cleaning team. This position requires the use of a personal vehicle, with drive time compensated. The role is largely 'on call'.

Requirements

Must be 18 years old.
Must be able to speak English for safety reasons.
A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
Able to lift up to 30lbs.
Must have a driver's license and a vehicle.

Responsibilities

Fill in at buildings for other cleaners.
Train cleaners.
Complete building inspections.
Discuss inspection results with cleaners.
Work with Operations Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality cleaning.
Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors.
Collecting and disposing of trash.
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies.
Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
