Requirements

Prior customer service experience is preferred
Professional, dependable, and customer-oriented
Basic computer and internet proficiency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow instructions and maintain a professional appearance
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries
Direct visitors and callers to the appropriate departments or personnel
Manage incoming phone calls and route them efficiently
Coordinate and communicate questions or issues with relevant staff members
Provide general administrative support as required
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
