In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and callers, ensuring that all interactions are handled efficiently and courteously. Requirements
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally using our switchboard system
- Greet and assist visitors and staff at the front desk
- Maintain visitor log and issue visitor badges as needed
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk/reception area
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
