About The Position
This is a part-time faculty position at the TCAT-Jackson campus, within the Practical Nursing department. The instructor will assist with student training, curriculum instruction in the classroom, and supervision of students' clinical experience. Responsibilities also include assisting in seeking potential clinical sites and demonstrating a commitment to staying current in the nursing field. The role involves conferring with administration to understand policy, procedure, and technology changes.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing required.
- Must hold active licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee.
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse within the last five (5) years.
Nice To Haves
- B.S.N preferred.
- Teaching experience preferred.
Responsibilities
