About The Position

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Optometrist (OD) to provide care 1–2 weekdays per month across our partner outpatient clinics in Fort Myers, Port Charlotte, and Naples, FL. This role is ideal for ODs who want meaningful, mission‑driven work with predictable scheduling, no nights/weekends, and zero billing or paperwork. You’ll practice in established outpatient clinics serving senior populations, functioning as part of a coordinated care team. The role offers a low, steady patient flow, a fully supported clinic environment, no equipment hauling as everything is on‑site, no billing, no admin, no production quotas, predictable weekday scheduling, mission‑driven care for seniors, and long‑term clinic partnerships with consistent monthly needs. You’ll work inside community‑based outpatient clinics where clinic staff are on‑site full time, scheduling and patient flow are organized for you, you’re integrated into a collaborative, team‑based environment, and care is value‑based, not volume‑driven. CMC handles equipment, supplies, scheduling, and logistics so you can focus entirely on patient care.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
• Active Florida optometry license
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments

Nice To Haves

• Experience with senior populations preferred
