Part-Time Optometrist | Outpatient Clinic Setting

Comprehensive Mobile CareWilkes-Barre, PA
Hybrid

About The Position

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Optometrist to provide routine eye care services across two established partner facilities in Wilkes‑Barre and Minersville, PA. This role offers predictable monthly scheduling, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on local senior communities. This is a travel-friendly role ideal for an OD seeking supplemental, high-rate per-diem work with consistent monthly coverage. This opportunity operates within outpatient clinics that are part of one of the region’s most trusted healthcare networks. Clinic staff are on-site full time, providing an organized scheduling and patient flow within a coordinated, team-based care environment. This is a value-based model focused on senior citizens, utilizing modern, well-equipped facilities. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics, allowing the optometrist to focus entirely on delivering high-quality vision care. This is not a high-volume, production-focused model. Our optometrists are integrated into established clinic environments and represent Comprehensive Mobile Care directly within each partner location. We emphasize quality over volume, consistency and predictability, administrative and logistical support, long-term clinic partnerships, and ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery.
