About The Position

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Doctor of Optometry to provide vision care across multiple locations throughout Arizona, including Phoenix Metro, Tucson, Globe, Yuma, Flagstaff, Surprise, Lake Havasu, and Kingman. This field-based independent contractor role serves patients in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities, with a focus on senior and underserved populations.

The provider performs care in an established, supported environment with consistent patient volume, facility support staff, organized scheduling, coordinated patient flow, and structured routes. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics, allowing the optometrist to focus on patient care without the administrative responsibilities or overhead of running a private practice. The position offers a predictable schedule and consistent patient base, emphasizing quality, continuity, and long-term facility partnerships.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program.
• Active Arizona optometry license.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills.
• Comfort working in a mobile, multi-location setting.

Responsibilities
