About The Position
Freedom Square of Seminole is an upscale Senior Living Community located in Seminole, Florida. It is designed like a quaint town square with paved brick streets and a welcoming gazebo, offering a variety of residential options, services, amenities, and activities. As a life care community, it allows residents to age in place and transition between independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care. Freedom Square of Seminole is seeking patient-centered LPN's/RN's to care for residents in an elegant, upscale Senior Living Community set within a 15-acre certified wildlife habitat. Requirements
- Current nursing license with the state of Florida
- 6 months nursing experience, preferred
- Geriatric involvement preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer medication and treatments to residents of our healthcare center.
- Assist with admission and discharge process.
- Keep physician and family aware of change(s) in resident condition.
- Make rounds with physicians and transcribes orders.
- Assure continuity of services and care.
