Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus, recipes, and dietary requirements
• Ensure proper portion control, food quality, and presentation
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
• Prepare meals for residents with therapeutic diets and modified textures
• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas
• Complete temperature logs and sanitation documentation
• Assist with inventory, food storage, and kitchen organization
• Work collaboratively with dietary aides and leadership
