This position is for a family in McMurray, PA, seeking a nanny for their 3-month-old baby boy. The role begins in early to mid-January 2027 and is expected to last through the end of 2027 or early 2028. The nanny will be responsible for the baby's daily care, including feeding, napping, tummy time, reading, walks, and engaging in play. As the baby grows, outings to local parks, libraries, and museums will be encouraged. The nanny will also manage baby-related tasks such as laundry, bottles, and keeping the baby's spaces organized. The parents work from home and have a dedicated finished basement space for the nanny and baby to use. The family values consistency, routine, and open communication. The ideal candidate is reliable, mature, affectionate, and experienced with infants, capable of managing a baby's day with confidence. The family has prior positive experience with a nanny and aims to foster a trusting and collaborative relationship.
Requirements
- Previous nanny experience for a minimum of 2 years.
- Driver's license.
- Vehicle.
- Clean driving record.
- Meaningful infant experience.
- Confidence in managing a baby's day.
- Dependable, consistent, and mature.
- Ability to establish routines.
- Warm, affectionate, and willing to be playful.
- Comfortable with parents working from home.
- Independent and able to communicate needs.

Responsibilities
- Provide daily care for a 3-month-old baby, including feeding, napping, tummy time, reading, and play.
- Engage the baby in age-appropriate activities such as songs and neighborhood walks.
- As the baby grows, facilitate outings to local parks, libraries, and museums.
- Manage baby-related tasks including baby laundry, bottles, and keeping the baby's spaces stocked and organized.
- Be flexible to assist with the older sister if she is home sick or school is closed.
- Establish and maintain a consistent and predictable nap schedule for the baby.
- Observe baby's cues and help create healthy sleep habits and daily rhythms.
- Communicate openly and directly with the parents regarding the baby's care and any concerns.
- Maintain the baby's living space, ensuring it is stocked and organized.
