Part Time Nanny/ Mommy's Helper | Long-Term Position Do you love creating calm from chaos and helping busy families thrive? We're looking for an organized, proactive, and caring Household Manager/Mommy's Helper to become an essential part of a wonderful Asheville family's support team. This is an opportunity to help keep a busy household running smoothly while providing occasional support for four wonderful children. The ideal candidate enjoys taking initiative, creating organization, and anticipating a family's needs before they're asked.

Experienced using calendars, schedules, and household systems to stay organized

Previous Household Manager or Family Assistant experience
Experience supporting busy professionals or entrepreneurs

Flexibility for occasional travel or additional hours

Responsibilities

Completing the morning household reset
Tidying the kitchen after breakfast
Keeping laundry moving throughout the day
Folding and putting away laundry
Making beds and maintaining children's rooms
Tidying pantries, refrigerators, and common spaces
Light household organization and decluttering
Maintaining household systems and routines
Running occasional errands
Providing transportation for appointments, activities, and sports using the family's vehicle
Supporting the family's busy schedule with occasional childcare for their younger children
