Part Time Nanny/Family Assistant
About The Position
A kind and welcoming family in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a reliable, caring, and experienced nanny/family assistant to care for their 7-month-old infant while providing support with light household responsibilities. They are looking for someone who has infant experience and enjoys creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment through activities such as play, reading, and developmental activities that support the baby’s growth. The nanny will be responsible for meeting the baby’s daily needs, including feeding, diapering, nap routines, and providing age-appropriate interaction and activities. Additional household support will include keeping shared spaces organized and tidy, washing dishes, assisting with simple meal preparation, and vacuuming during nap times. The family’s two older children, Aaron and Laura, will be moving for school in August, and Autumn will be home after school each day. The family has one friendly retriever at home. Both parents work outside of the home and will be away for most of the day, so they are looking for someone who feels confident working independently and managing the daily routine. They hope to welcome a long-term nanny who will become a trusted, dependable, and valued part of their family’s support system.
Requirements
- Reliable, caring, and experienced nanny/family assistant.
- Infant experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage the daily routine.
- Willingness to commit for at least one year.
- Must interview with a Jovie specialist.
- Must meet the family prior to being hired.
- Not visa eligible.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with children aged 8, 10, and 12 (though care is primarily for the infant).
