About The Position

Footprint Solutions is a nationally recognized company and industry leader that has partnered with well-known retailers for over 20 years, providing onsite management, merchandising, and installation services in retail spaces. The Part Time Merchandiser services multiple nearby locations and works independently onsite at retailer locations. The position offers a flexible schedule, typically one to two days per week for two to four hours per day, with the employee scheduling the dates and times of their work. It is hourly, variable-hours, and non-exempt, with an hourly wage of $16.00. Virtual training and access to a service center available seven days a week are provided. The role reports directly to a District Manager.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Be an independent thinker and problem solver.
• Be comfortable using a smartphone or other device.
• Have time-management skills.
• Be self-motivated and highly organized.
• Be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including reaching and bending.
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set products according to plan-o-grams.
• Stock displays or shelves.
• Complete surveys and audits.
• Tag products with security materials.
• Service multiple retail locations nearby.
• Work independently onsite at retailer locations.
