About The Position

The Part-Time Merchandiser provides high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands at retail stores in Homestead, Florida City, Florida, and surrounding areas. The role involves stocking and displaying products on shelves and in coolers at large accounts within an assigned territory. Merchandisers report directly to their assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be asked to cover routes as assigned. The position requires using a personal vehicle to travel between stores; products are delivered to the stores in advance, so the Merchandiser does not transport products. A company-issued phone with an app is provided for clocking in and out and tracking mileage for reimbursement. The role is active and involves repeated lifting, pushing, and pulling. The schedule is part-time, with four scheduled shifts per week starting at 6:00 a.m. and continuing until work is finished. Weekends are required, days off fall during the week, and some schedule flexibility is expected.

Requirements

Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to repeatedly push and pull up to 100 pounds.
Valid driver's license.
Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
Proof of vehicle insurance.
Self-motivation and a customer-service-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and interact with people at work.
Comfort with an active role involving substantial lifting, pushing, and pulling.
Attention to detail and pride in one's work.

Responsibilities

Stock and display Keurig Dr Pepper products on shelves and in coolers at retail stores within the assigned territory.
