About The Position

Great Lakes Wine & Spirits is hiring a Part-Time Merchandiser for our OS Wine Sales Division serving multiple account stores in Kalamazoo, MI. This is an entry-level role built to help you launch your career through hands-on experience in retail execution and customer support. Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort using basic iOS devices
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull carts up to 100 lbs
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (which includes full Background Check, 10-Panel Drug Test, Physical Evaluation, and Agility Test)
• Maintain a safe driving record
• A valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and rotating GLWAS products in assigned retail stores
• Supporting effective shelf placement and maintaining in-store displays
• Tracking product availability and escalating out-of-stocks to District/Area leadership
• Following daily plans, using basic reports/forms, and communicating progress with your manager
• Use alcohol in a responsible manner when related to business activities.
