About The Position

The Department of Economics at CSU Fullerton invites applications for its Part-Time Lecturer Pool. This is a general recruitment for a pool of part-time lecturers for the department to draw from as needed to teach a variety of economics courses. Qualified applicants will be contacted when positions are available. Appointments from the part-time pool are temporary and often made just prior to the start of the academic term. Applicants must be available on very short notice.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Economics from an accredited U.S. institution or foreign equivalent.
• At least one (1) semester of experience teaching a course in Economics at an accredited institution.
• Demonstrate ability to interact and work effectively with a wide and culturally diverse range of students, including first-generation college students.
• Must be available on very short notice.

• Doctoral Degree in Economics or a related field.

• Relevant work experience.
