About The Position

The Department of Otolaryngology and Communicative Disorders within the School of Medicine at the University of Louisville (UofL) is seeking a speech-language pathologist at the rank of part-time lecturer to teach a three-credit, graduate level (elective) course in advanced dysphagia during the fall 2026 semester. This appointment is for the 2026 fall semester and may be renewed annually. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in speech-language pathology
  • Current certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • Kentucky licensure
  • Previous teaching experience
  • Recent acute care dysphagia experience

  • Teach a three-credit, graduate level (elective) course in advanced dysphagia during the fall 2026 semester.
