About The Position

EMU OT program is seeking a Part-Time Lecturer to teach the orientation to occupational therapy course in the Fall 2026 semester.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Michigan.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of 1 year OT practice experience.
• Prior experience with teaching Occupational Therapy students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional skills to ensure high quality education for students.
• Meet with students during and outside of assigned classes.
• Assess student work and performance.
• Prepare syllabi and course materials.
• Provide copies of syllabi and course materials to their supervisor on request.
• Assign and submit grades in accordance with established Eastern Michigan University schedules.
• Perform related departmental duties as required.
