About The Position

Colorado Springs Therapy Center (CSTC) serves a mix of pediatric and adult clients across two outpatient locations, offering a full range of occupational, physical, and speech therapy services in a kind environment. CSTC has been providing excellent care in the Colorado Springs area since 2006 and has been selected as one of the Gazette's Best Workplaces for the last four years. We currently have an opening for an Occupational Therapist interested in working in one of our Colorado Springs locations.

Requirements

Degree from an accredited OT program
Active license to practice therapy in the state of Colorado (or eligible)
Passion for making a difference in clients’ lives!
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Clinical Support: Mentorship with Department Coordinators, regular one-on-one caseload support with Supervisors
Collaboration: Interdisciplinary collaboration between ST/OT/PT departments; Lunch & Learns; weekly team meetings with all therapists in each department
