About The Position

Villa St. Joseph, now Concordia at Villa St. Joseph, has been serving Beaver and Allegheny counties since 1997, continuing its faith-based mission of serving others. The Part-Time Evening Receptionist will be the friendly face that makes every evening feel like home, serving as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. This role aims to create a welcoming experience and ensure daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance customer service with administrative tasks. An additional $1.00/hr differential is available for weekend shifts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous receptionist experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a hospitality mindset
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable using computers, phones, and typing systems
  • Reliable, professional, and compassionate team player

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and compassion
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
  • Assist visitors with directions, appointments, tours, and resident information
  • Communicate with maintenance and staff regarding requests during your shift
  • Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Perform clerical tasks including typing, filing, copying, and tracking information
  • Sort, organize, and distribute resident mail and packages
  • Handle incoming deliveries, medications, and forwarded mail
  • Support confidentiality and compliance with company policies and regulations
