About The Position
Environment Control, a leading commercial cleaning company, is hiring a Part Evening Cleaning Manager to lead and support our teams in Elkins, Philippi, Salem and West Union, Clarksburg and Bridgeport. This is a hands-on management position where you will lead by example, performing cleaning tasks when training or supporting your team. Duties include trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, and more. Physical activity is required, including walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Requirements
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to work evenings (start after 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday with weekend rotation)
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous cleaning industry experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs
Responsibilities
- Lead and support cleaning teams
