About The Position

Environment Control is a local, growing company seeking Part Time Evening Cleaning Floaters. This role involves covering various accounts as needed for call-offs, vacations, and open routes within an assigned area in Morgantown and Fairmont. Floaters work a set schedule but at varying locations, typically Monday-Friday with occasional weekends, for 10-15 hours per week starting after 5:30 PM. The ideal candidate is detail-minded, takes pride in their work, is comfortable working independently, and is a team player who wants to grow with a supportive company.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone for scheduling
• Must have a valid driver's license and car insurance
• Pass a national background check and drug test
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and handle basic physical tasks like bending and walking

Responsibilities

• Make workspaces shine by vacuuming, mopping, and wiping surfaces
• Keep bathrooms stocked and clean (gloves provided)
• Empty trash, sanitize touchpoints, and help create a clean, welcoming environment
• Stay in touch with your supervisor about supplies or any issues
• Follow simple cleaning steps—we’ll train you and support you along the way
