About The Position
This is a hands-on management position where you will lead by example, performing cleaning tasks when training or supporting your team. The role involves duties such as trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning. Physical activity is required, including walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Requirements
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to work evenings (start after 5:00PM, Monday–Friday with weekend rotation)
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Previous cleaning industry experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and support cleaning teams in coverage areas including Elkins, Philippi, Salem, West Union, Clarksburg, and Bridgeport
- Perform cleaning tasks such as trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning when training or supporting the team
