About The Position
Methodist Legacy ER and Urgent Care is opening a brand-new facility in Melissa, Texas, and is seeking a Part-Time Physician with Emergency Room experience to join their team. This is an independent contractor position offering flexibility with a variety of shifts tailored to the physician's lifestyle. The organization pioneered the combined Emergency Room and Urgent Care model, aiming to reduce confusion and costs for patients by having both services under one roof with hospital-level equipment and ER-trained staff. This model is designed to lead to better patient outcomes and provide an efficient and practical work environment.
Requirements
- Board certified in Emergency Medicine with a Texas Medical License
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with ample ER and UC experience
- ACLS/BLS/PALS
