About The Position
The Penn State Berkey Creamery is seeking students for part-time work at their Creamery Arts Festival Tent. The primary need is for the Arts Festival week (July 6th-14th), with opportunities available for the rest of the summer and the fall semester. This role involves direct customer interaction and maintaining a clean work environment.
Requirements
- No experience is required
- Ability to follow simple directions and instructions from supervisors
- Good customer service qualities
- Must handle nuts and nut-based products
- Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
Responsibilities
- Scooping ice cream
- Running the registers
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Cleaning as needed
- Following proper cleaning and sanitation procedures
