About The Position
The Part-Time Core Sales Associate at Pandora @ Macy's King of Prussia is responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, surpassing sales goals, and finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. As a Core Staff Associate, this part-time role provides consistent support for store operations and customers. The associate shares product knowledge, inspires customers to style their jewellery, and helps them express their loves through Pandora products. Core Staff Associates work consistent schedules and help keep the store running smoothly. Applicants must complete an assessment sent by email after submitting an application.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a results-oriented seller in a high-performance selling environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- At least 18 years of age, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
- Ability to arrive at work on time.
- Dependability for regular scheduling during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week is preferred.
