About The Position

This is a part-time non benefited position responsible for setting up tables, attending to guest needs, serving food, bussing dishes, performing cleaning tasks, washing dishes, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires knowledge of the food being served and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

Able to stand on one's feet for 3 -4 hours
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to work with the preparation and disposal of fish, poultry, beef, lamb, pork and other meat products in professional culinary commercial kitchen
Must be able to adhere to all safety and sanitation policies which include removal of all jewelry and piercings except for a plain wedding band while working in our facilities
Hairnets and beard restraints are also a requirement in our food preparation areas
Incumbents should have an optimistic attitude, willingness to learn new skills, high degree of integrity, and a strong work ethic
Availability needed for weekends and evenings
High School Diploma or GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
Have a valid driver's license
Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
Verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire

Responsibilities

Set-up tables, lay table linens, chairs, silver wares, center pieces, glassware etc., as assigned
Attend to the guest’s needs and requests
Have knowledge on what food he or she is serving in the case of a guest asking
Promptly bus dishes as guests complete each course and/or meal
Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service
Wash dishes as needed
Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
Maintain positive guest relations at all times
Perform other duties as assigned
Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
