About The Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position responsible for setting up tables, attending to guest needs, serving food, bussing dishes, performing cleaning tasks, and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness. The role requires providing exceptional customer service and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
• Able to stand on one's feet for 3-4 hours
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to work with the preparation and disposal of fish, poultry, beef, lamb, pork and other meat products in a professional culinary commercial kitchen
• Must be able to adhere to all safety and sanitation policies which include removal of all jewelry and piercings except for a plain wedding band while working in our facilities
• Hairnets and beard restraints are also a requirement in our food preparation areas
• Incumbents should have an optimistic attitude, willingness to learn new skills, high degree of integrity, and a strong work ethic
• Verification of identity and eligibility to work in the US and completion of employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
• This position does not support visa sponsorship for continued employment.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, including table linens, chairs, silverware, centerpieces, and glassware.
• Attend to guest needs and requests, demonstrating knowledge of the food being served.
• Promptly bus dishes as guests complete each course or meal.
• Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service.
• Wash dishes as needed.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
