The cafeteria satellite attendant is a staff member who assumes the responsibilities and duties assigned by the director. This role involves the safe preparation and handling of food, cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities, serving of food, and assisting with record keeping. The attendant performs duties efficiently within the allotted time, attends training meetings, and reports to work as scheduled. Maintaining pleasant working relations, following all policies, and operating equipment properly are essential. Duties include food preparation, portioning, cleaning the kitchen and dining areas, setting up the serving counter, washing dishes and utensils, unpacking and stocking supplies, and performing other duties as assigned by the Cafeteria Manager.
