About The Position

ST Engineering Aethon, Inc. is a forward-thinking robotics company dedicated to revolutionizing the health care and hospitality industries through cutting-edge innovations. Specializing in advanced robotics and AI solutions, STE Aethon, Inc. designs and develops state-of-the-art autonomous mobile robots that optimize efficiency, enhance productivity, and redefine the way businesses operate in today's rapidly evolving technological landscape. This is a part-time onsite position, approximately 3 days per week in the Strip District area of Pittsburgh. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

2+ years’ experience Manufacturing Buyer experience preferred
Strong Microsoft skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel)

Nice To Haves

SAP Knowledge, preferred, not required

Responsibilities

Collaborate with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate delivery of products.
Advise operating departments of potential problems meeting quality and delivery dates.
Manage the complete purchasing process, including issuing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and resolving purchasing discrepancies.
Enter and maintain daily receiving information, purchase orders, and related transactions in the ERP/inventory system on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Serve as the central point of contact for purchasing and inventory inquiries, maintaining clear and professional communication with internal departments, customers, and suppliers.
Analyze quotes, compare supplier options, and make purchasing decisions that optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
Process Vendor RMA’s.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.
New Vendor Setup Documentation.
Assist with monthly and annual physical inventory counts.
