This role is for a Part-Time Breakfast Attendant at a select-service Hilton property in the Lehigh Valley area. The position involves interacting positively with guests, responding to requests, preparing food, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. We are seeking a dependable individual to work approximately 15-16 hours per week, with availability required on Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred
The ability to work in both a team environment and independently
Availability to work weekends and holidays is required

Responsibilities

Performing a variety of food preparation duties.
Cleaning and maintaining kitchen and equipment.
Cleaning and maintaining all service and eating areas.
Setting up and replenishing food and beverage items.
Restocking supplies for the next day.
Adhering to food safety practices.
Interacting with guests in a positive manner by responding courteously and efficiently to guest requests.
Tracking inventory.
Maintaining a clean environment for both the guests and hotel staff.
