As a Breakfast Attendant for High Hotels Ltd., you will be responsible for interacting with our guests in a positive manner by responding courteously and efficiently to guest requests, performing food preparation, tracking inventory and maintaining a clean environment for both the guests and hotel staff. This position will be located at our select-service Hilton property in the Lehigh Valley area. We are looking for a dependable Part-Time Breakfast Attendant to work approximately 15-16 hours per week. The ideal candidate is available to work Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Weekend & Holiday availability is required
A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred
The ability to work in both a team environment and independently
Availability to work weekends and holidays is required

Responsibilities

Interacting with our guests in a positive manner by responding courteously and efficiently to guest requests
Performing food preparation
Tracking inventory
Maintaining a clean environment for both the guests and hotel staff
Performing a variety of food preparation duties
Cleaning and maintaining kitchen and equipment
Cleaning and maintaining all service and eating areas
Setting up and replenishing food and beverage items
Restocking supplies for the next day
Adhering to food safety practices
