As the first point of contact for customers, the Customer Engagement Specialist plays a key role in delivering exceptional service by warmly welcoming guests, assisting with purchases and inquiries, and supporting all aspects of daily retail operation. This position ensures the store is inviting, organized, and fully stocked to create a positive and seamless shopping experience. Position is the frontline of the Bookstore Team.
