About The Position

Bath Experts is seeking a motivated, Customer Engagement Specialist to support our sales organization through thoughtful follow-up and customer re-engagement. In this role, you will reconnect with warm customers who previously had an in-home consultation but did not move forward, reviewing prior sales activity to understand their needs and objections. You’ll provide consultative support, nurture relationships, and help move opportunities forward through meaningful follow-up and coordination. This is a part-time role designed to support conversion efforts.

Requirements

  • High inside sales IQ with the ability to work warm, rehash-style opportunities
  • Prior phone sales, inside sales, customer service experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and consultative selling skills with proven objection-handling ability
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Strong analytical skills to assess opportunities and tailor solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a part-time, production-focused role

Responsibilities

  • Re-engage warm customer leads (Demo – No Sale) to coordinate and schedule follow-up appointments
  • Manage volume rehash and retention efforts by reviving and saving cancelled contracts
  • Review sales recordings, notes, and photos to understand prior appointments and identify rehash opportunities
  • Contact customers via phone and email to understand objections and reasons for not moving forward
  • Provide consultative sales support by reviewing options and guiding next actions
  • Accurately document activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
  • Maintain professionalism and brand standards in all customer interactions
