Requirements

• Master’s Degree in ABA (or related field)
• Current BCBA certification
• Love working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Nice To Haves

• LBA certification is highly preferred
• Mentorship available for fresh graduates who have passed the exam.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and design positive behavior support plans that actually work for the child’s unique world.
• Coach and mentor our dedicated behavior technician's/staff, teaching them everything from proactive strategies to top-tier de-escalation techniques.
• Monitor progress and fluidly adjust programming to ensure our kids are hitting those milestone victories.
• Work hand-in-hand with families and our robust internal clinical team to build an ecosystem of success.
