About The Position

The Penn State College of Health and Human Development Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders University Park invites applications for a Part-Time Lecturer position teaching CSD 300 Developmental Considerations in the Assessment and Treatment of Language Disorders for the Fall 2026 Semester. The Part-Time Lecturer will teach a three-credit, undergraduate-level course. The position is a one semester, non-tenure track appointment with the possibility of reappointment. Part-time lecturers normally teach one section. All applications will be considered until the position is filled.

Requirements

  • A master’s degree or equivalent education and experience in a related field is required.
  • PA State Police Criminal Background Check
  • PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form
  • Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check

Responsibilities

  • Teach CSD 300 Developmental Considerations in the Assessment and Treatment of Language Disorders for the Fall 2026 Semester.
  • Teach a three-credit, undergraduate-level course.
