The Parole Case Manager provides structured community-based case management and supervision to individuals released to parole who have been assessed as requiring low-level supervision based on the current Community Supervision Tool, demonstrated stability in the community, compliance with supervision requirements, and progress toward successful completion of parole. The position promotes successful community reintegration and public safety through evidence-based case management, individualized case planning, regular client contact, monitoring of conditions and Parole Board requirements, identification of changing risk and needs, connection to community resources, and timely intervention when concerns arise. Parole Case Managers work collaboratively with Community Parole Officers, supervisors, treatment providers, community partners, and other criminal justice professionals and supports the Division's graduated supervision model by matching supervision resources to assessed risk and need, promoting successful completion of parole.
